Kinky Boots - World Premiere

The Vue Cinema – Leicester Square

Having the client decide to go the route of having a larger than usual top-sign with eye-catching flashing lights as would befit a kinky sign, we attempted to put it all in motion with a week to go. The cinema quite rightly requested a building survey to make sure that the canopy structure would support the weight of the increased size display with just 5 days to go to the star studded premiere in Leicester Square. Time ticked by and it wasn't until the day before the premiere that the project was finally given the go ahead – and the Newman’s team sprang into action.

So in a space of approximately 24 hrs the sign had to be produced and installed prior to the laying of the red carpet and the arrival of the stars. Much to the delight of the Boots that attended the night, Kinky or otherwise – it was “Mission Accomplished” once again.
